Mergence

Our goal was to create a connecting bar consisting of a skin, wrapping in living units, to make a fusion of private and public border: creating a system of housing and public space with the intention of many intersections. The wrapping skin lets the day light flow into the area and protects the units from outside looks, as at night it is generating a very special light over the industrial area of Oetwill.
